Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Rafael demonstrates exceptional tarpon expertise, consistently putting clients on fish even when conditions challenge other boats. Customers regularly land multiple tarpon during half-day trips, with one group catching four fish despite selective biting. Rafael's technical skills shine through his strategic chumming techniques and ability to guide anglers through the complete process from baiting to boating these impressive fighters. His intimate knowledge of San Juan's waters helps him locate prime fishing spots where results speak for themselves. Rafael creates memorable experiences that keep families returning year after year, with some clients booking for over a decade. He shows remarkable patience with young children, helping a five-year-old catch their first tarpon and even arranging pelican feeding on the return trip. His laid-back, accommodating personality combined with excellent coaching makes trips enjoyable for both seasoned anglers and complete beginners.
